Cookie Policy
A short page, because there is very little to say: this website sets exactly one cookie, and it is there to keep the contact form safe.
Last updated
The short version
We set one cookie. It is strictly necessary for security, it holds nothing about you, and it disappears when you close your browser. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies at all, which is also why you are not being asked to accept anything.
The cookie we set
| Name | Purpose | Lasts | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
__Host-csrf | Protects the contact form against cross-site request forgery — an attack where another website tries to submit the form as if it were you. The value is a random token and contains no information about you or your device. | Until you close your browser | Strictly necessary |
It is set with HttpOnly (so no script can read it), Secure (so it is only ever sent over HTTPS) and SameSite=Strict (so it is not sent when you arrive from another site) — the strictest settings available.
Why there is no cookie banner
Consent is required for optional cookies: analytics, advertising, personalisation, embedded third-party content. A strictly necessary security cookie needs none, under either the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive or India’s DPDP Act. Since that one cookie is all we set, a banner would be asking your permission for nothing — so we do not show one.
If that ever changes, the banner arrives with the change, the cookie goes in the table above, and nothing optional will load before you agree to it.
What we do not set
- No analytics cookies — there is no analytics on this site.
- No advertising, remarketing or social media pixels.
- No third-party cookies whatsoever. Our Content Security Policy blocks every external origin, so no other site can drop one through a page of ours.
- No cookies from embedded video, maps or chat widgets, because there are none.
Our Google reviews are fetched server-side, so even that does not put a Google cookie in your browser. See the Privacy Policy for how that works.
Related technologies
We do not use local storage, session storage, web beacons, tracking pixels or device fingerprinting to identify or follow you.
Controlling cookies yourself
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies in its privacy settings. You are welcome to block ours — but be aware that if you block __Host-csrf, the contact form will refuse to submit, because the server cannot then verify that the request genuinely came from you. You can still reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Changes to this policy
If we start setting a cookie that is not listed above, this page is updated before it happens, and the date at the top will tell you when.
