We are a private language school

Indo German Language Private Limited is a privately owned language training and guidance company registered in India. We are not a government department, an embassy or consulate, a visa authority, a university, an examination board, a licensed immigration adviser or a law firm, and we do not act on behalf of any of them.

No affiliation with examination bodies

We prepare students for the Goethe-Institut and telc German examinations. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, accredited by or an official examination centre for the Goethe-Institut, telc gGmbH, the Deutscher Volkshochschul-Verband or any other examination body. Those names appear on this website only to describe which examinations our courses prepare you for, and remain the trademarks of their owners.

Examinations are booked with, sat at and certified by the examination body or its official centre. Their fees, rules, schedules and results are entirely theirs, not ours.

No affiliation with German authorities

We are not connected to the German Federal Foreign Office, any German embassy or consulate, the Bundesagentur für Arbeit, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, any recognition authority, or any German university or employer. We help you prepare and present an application. We do not decide it, and we cannot influence anyone who does.

No guaranteed outcomes

We cannot guarantee that you will pass an examination, receive an admission or Ausbildung offer, receive a job offer, have a qualification recognised, or be granted a visa. Every one of those decisions belongs to an examination body, an institution, an employer or a government authority acting under its own rules.

What we can promise is honest preparation: teaching, materials, practice, document review and interview training. What you do with it, and what the authorities then decide, are outside our control.

Student results vary

The students on our Success Stories page are real, and their outcomes are real. They are individual results, not a typical or promised result. How quickly you progress depends on your starting point, your attendance, the hours you put in outside class and your own circumstances. Timeframes and course durations quoted anywhere on this site are typical estimates, not commitments.

Information on this website is general

Descriptions of visa routes, Ausbildung, recognition procedures, language requirements and immigration rules are provided for general information. They are not legal, immigration, financial or career advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice about your own situation, or for the official rules.

German immigration and recognition rules change, sometimes at short notice. We keep this site as accurate as we reasonably can, but we cannot warrant that everything on it is current, complete or applicable to you. Always confirm the current requirements with the relevant official source before you act.

Beware of impostors

We will never ask you to pay a fee to an individual’s personal account, and we will never promise a visa, a job or a guaranteed examination result in exchange for money. Our official contact details are the ones on our contact page. If someone claiming to represent IGL tells you otherwise, please tell us.
